VECO Group was founded in Lugano on 3 October 1973 under the name Fiduciaria Verga. Its founder is Roberta Verga, currently the Group’s honorary chairman.

With a view towards business diversification, VECO Invest SA, the group’s asset management company, was founded in 1988.
VECO Group opens an Office in Zurich.
Trust and asset management, the two main pillars of the business, were restructured and strengthened. VECO Immobiliare SA was founded.
Blue Star Investment Managers SA was created, specializing in managing investment funds and consulting for institutional clients.
VECO Trustee SA was created, acting as a trustee in Switzerland.
Participation in Tradefidam SA with registered office in Lugano that has been providing management and administration services for buildings and condominiums since 1971, as well as real estate consulting.
As part of its Corporate Finance services, the VECO Group entered into significant partnership agreements with Italian, Swiss, and international companies for improved company consulting for Mergers & Acquisitions, SME stock market listing and access to the debt market.
In the art world, collaboration began with major international Art Advisory companies for personalized consulting for purchases, sales of works, artistic asset estimates, collection management, and assistance.
The VECO Group entered in consulting in the Yachting sector through privileged partnerships with Swiss and international companies specializing in the construction, management, rental, and maintenance of yachts of various sizes in the world’s major seas.
VECO Group opens in Locarno in Via della Pace 1a, near Piazza Grande.
V&G Trustee: The VECO Group and Studio Gaggini & Partners come together in a common project in the use of the Trust, to offer an increasingly sophisticated clientele a 360-degree advisory service in the fields of succession planning, protection, governance and generational handover.
